Log into your HomeLux account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a return authorization number.

Pack with Care

Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, assembly manuals, and protective padding are included to prevent damage during transit.

Attach Shipping Label

Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

Drop Off and Track

Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once our warehouse inspects the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
